What we store

The app

The app can create an anonymous account so it can register for notifications before you have signed up for anything. That account holds a random username, your watches, and a notification token for your device. If you later add an email address, the same account is upgraded — your watches come with you.

If you use collections to record what you already own, that account also holds what you told it: the plush, the size, the condition, the date, where you got it and — if you entered one — what you paid. That last field is the most personal thing on this list, so it is worth saying plainly that it is stored, it is never shown to anyone else unless you turn on a share link, and deleting the item deletes it.

Analytics

This site currently runs no analytics or third-party scripts at all. There is no advertising network, no session recording, and no consent banner, because there is nothing to consent to.
