Jelly Finder

Frequently asked

Are you affiliated with Jellycat?
No. Jellycat is a trademark of Jellycat Ltd. This is an independent, fan-made restock tracker, not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Jellycat Ltd in any way. We are not a reseller and we do not take payment for anything.
How fast are the alerts?
Items people are watching, and anything that recently sold out, are checked every few minutes. The rest are checked hourly. From us noticing to your phone buzzing is seconds.
Does “in stock” mean I can definitely buy it?
No, and we’d rather say so up front. It means Jellycat’s storefront reported the item as available when we last looked. Popular restocks can sell out in minutes, and stock sitting in someone else’s basket still shows as available.
Do you buy or resell anything?
No. We don’t add anything to a basket, we don’t hold stock, and we don’t sell anything. This is a notification service and nothing else.
Can I watch one size rather than the whole product?
Yes, and it’s the point. A Bashful Bunny back in Huge is not the alert you want if you were waiting for Medium.
Can I track the Jellycats I already own?
Yes — collections let you record what you have, with the size, what you paid and when you got it, so you can see your collection in one place and avoid buying a duplicate.
Will you spam me?
There’s a cap of twenty alerts an hour, one alert per product rather than one per size, and quiet hours in your own timezone. You can mute a whole watchlist without deleting it.
Which shops do you track?
Jellycat’s own UK storefront today. Support for retailers that carry exclusives is planned, and the app will tell you which shop an alert came from.
What does it cost?
Nothing. There is no paid tier at the moment.
What do you store about me?
For the waitlist: your email address, the date, which page you signed up from, and a salted hash of your IP address — never the address itself. See Privacy.
